The sixth whole-bean release from the Experimental Roasting Series: a tropical and luxurious Passion Fruit Co-ferment. From the mountains of Huila, Colombia, this honey and passion fruit Co-Ferment is a bright and fierce light roast that's made for summer.
Passion Punch is tropical at the front, dry at the finish, and has a body of Passion Fruit, Guava, and Gummy Bear.
These 8oz bags were small-batch roasted in late May of 2026. Peak Freshness through early August. Limited release.
