Important Contract Terms & Requirements

To ensure the highest quality service and equipment performance, we require the following:

Six- or twelve-month service agreement.
Coffee must be purchased exclusively from Coffee Man for Coffee Man-provided equipment.
Minimum monthly coffee purchase or minimum total monthly invoice required.
Customer is responsible for daily cleaning and routine care of the equipment.
Coffee Man is responsible for scheduled service and normal equipment failures. (Damage, misuse, plumbing, electrical work, and after-hours emergency service are excluded).
Automatic month-to-month renewal applies after the initial term.
Early termination fee applies, equal to the unrecovered equipment cost or remaining service fees.
