At Coffee Man, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee and products. Because these are perishable food items, we do not offer returns.
If you are unhappy with your order, reach out to us at info@drinkcoffeeman.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and do our best to make it right.Â
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. (As long as the order hasn't shipped yet, it will be canceled and/or changed immediately).
