1. $75 an hour per barista. Guests pay per drink or card is kept on file to pay tab at the end by rental. Tip of 15-20% requested for Coffee Man staff if there is a running tab. If guests are over 30 people, two baristas are recommended.
2. $500 up front for two baristas for two hours and includes up to 50 drinks. No tip needed. Cost is set regardless of # of drinks sold.Â

Free parking is available- there are 40 parking spots. However, the parking lot is shared with other building tenants.

Speakers: Bluetooth Sonos, connect to Spotify or Apple Music
Decorations: no glitter, other decorations permitted as long as they do not strip off paint or damage the space

No, as long as the guest puts the chairs/tables back, wipes down the tables, spot sweeps, and takes the trash out. (If this does not happen, a $200 cleaning fee may be added to the card on file.

No. Space rental must include time for set-up, the event, and tear down. Items cannot be brought in advance before space rental begins.

Bounce houses, moving the makers/vintage market, and making food on-site are not allowed. (cater anything you'd like).

Yes. There is a handicap parking spot and an ADA entrance with a ramp in the back of the building. You can also use this ramp as a loading dock.
