The fifth whole-bean release from the Experimental Roasting Series: a tart and floral Co-ferment from the mountains of Huila, Colombia. This Honey and Strawberry Co-ferment is a wild light roast that's perfect for Spring.
Juicy Berry is syrupy at the front, dry at the finish, and has a body of Red Currant, Raspberry Jam, and Hibiscus.
These 8oz bags were small-batch roasted on 03/24/26. Peak freshness from now through early June. Limited release.
